Rachel is responsible for the running and development of Innovas Business. She brings a broad experience to the role, spanning from working in the transport and service industries, and more recently in consulting and supporting small businesses.
Rachel’s experience includes; start-up advice for small businesses, Bid and Tender writing and support for companies, team management and organisation, Equality and Diversity Training and C2E accreditation, company administration, event management, and HR advice.
Rachel leads on our Tender and Bid Writing services.
Saleena is a Certified Chartered Accountant licenced by the Association of Accounting Technicians. She has over 12 years’ experience working in accountancy practices with both small and large enterprises, offering them guidance where needed, together with business and tax advice to help them grow their business in the most beneficial way.
Saleena prides herself on being proactive and going that extra step in developing strong business relationships.

Ashleigh joined Innovas group in February 2016 and is now responsible for all administration throughout the business and supports all our Virtual Office clients. Ashleigh also manages the majority of our research projects, consulting and liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Tim originally established Innovas group working from home. After 6 months, he moved into a small office and grew and developed the business from there. Tim is therefore very familiar with starting, running and growing a business from scratch, and can provide clients wanting to do the same with only the very best guidance and service.
Tim’s experience includes; starting and running a full service advertising agency, establishing and operating a graphic design and marketing company, working as a salesman and sales manager for international companies, working overseas running companies of various sizes, and consultancy to both government and the private sector.
Tim leads our sales team as well as supporting many of our clients in their marketing plans. He plays an important role in helping us understand our clients’ needs, and that they are met!
